November 1, 2025, is the planned launch date for the Century Mirai. All required permits have been submitted for the project, including bank, BBMP, and RERA clearances. On October 18, 2025, the RERA approval was obtained as well. Special launch discounts on apartment prices will also be offered to purchasers on this day. Although reservations for 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments are open, the project is still in its pre-launch phase, and EOI booking is ongoing. Construction at the site will start in earnest after the launch date.
