So I've got a 2018 Audi A6 that just started acting up last week, feels like it hesitates when shifting from second to third and sometimes gives a little jerk. I'm honestly not sure if it's a minor sensor thing or something more serious with the transmission itself. Been reading up online and it seems like these symptoms can get worse fast if ignored, so I really don't want to take chances. Came across a shop that specializes in Audi transmission repair and gearbox service experts but I'm always a bit nervous handing over my car without hearing from real people first. Has anyone here actually used Royal Prince Auto Care or know if they're decent with these ZF gearboxes? I'm in Khalifa City so somewhere relatively close would be great, but honestly I just want someone who won't quote me for a full rebuild if it's just a software glitch or a dirty valve body. Appreciate any advice from folks who've been through this.
