If you have one airpod not working, then it can be due to low battery, Bluetooth connection, blocked speaker mesh and/or incorrect audio balance settings. First, make sure the two AirPods are charged and plugged in. Make sure you clean the speaker gently and reconnect the earbuds. If this doesn't change anything, a reset will bring back the normal audio function of the AirPods.
