Enclomiphene is a nonsteroidal selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) and is the estrogen-antagonist isomer of clomiphene. It has been studied mainly in men with secondary hypogonadism, where it may help increase the body's production of testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) while helping maintain sperm production.Because enclomiphene affects hormone levels, it should be used only under appropriate medical supervision
