We run water education workshops for schools and the hardest part has never been the science content, it is getting families to show up. Printed flyers stopped working for us around 2023 and social video is now the only channel that reliably fills a session. What changed things this year was cutting the production time. Instead of editing a promo clip for every workshop by hand, we generate the first cut with Ravvi AI from a couple of photos and the session details, then trim it ourselves. A clip that used to eat an evening now takes about fifteen minutes, which means every single session gets its own promo instead of only the big ones. Two things worth sharing for anyone doing the same: keep the first three seconds on the water problem rather than on your organisation, and always caption for silent playback since most parents watch with sound off. Happy to compare notes with other educators here - the tooling side is written up at ravvi.ai if it is useful.
