Is it just me or is RAG recruitment completely broken? We've had a job open for 3 months for a RAG engineer and every single candidate either wants $350k+ or can't explain the difference between chunking and embedding. At this point I'm starting to think we should just cancel the hire and go with a RAG service instead. Anyone else having this experience?
