Octordle, a Wordle spinoff, is a hit with word game enthusiasts. The most obvious way in which octordle deviates from Wordle is in the way words are counted as the game is being played. Octordle challenges players to guess eight five-letter words simultaneously, in contrast to Wordle's one-at-a-time approach. Some players find it challenging enough to guess a five-letter word without having to worry about a seven-letter phrase.
