Veera Das is an Assistant Professor at Nambiar District 25, a premium residential flats project by Nambiar Group in Muthanallur Cross, Sarjapur Road, East Bangalore. The project spans 100 acres with 4000 Vaastu apartments in 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK sizes from 1200–2500 sq ft, priced from Rs 1.47 Cr. In its first phase, there are 36 towers, each with G+32 floors and four corner units per floor for space, light, and privacy. Veera uses his teaching, research, and training skills to guide buyers, support teams, and build trust. I’m confident my work helps Nambiar District 25 grow, and this project gives me the right platform for success.
