Jaguar XJ owner in Abu Dhabi – is a full interior detail worth it for an older car?

I've got a 2012 XJ that still drives beautifully but the interior has seen better days – the cream leather has darkened in spots, the headliner is a bit saggy in the back, and there's this lingering smell that I can't quite place no matter how many air fresheners I use. A neighbor recommended a place that does Jaguar premium car interior exterior cleaning and said they use steam cleaners and leather conditioners that actually work, but I'm hesitant to spend serious money on a car that's probably only worth a fraction of what I paid years ago. Has anyone here gone all out on an older luxury car and felt it made a difference in how much they enjoyed driving it, or is it better to just live with the wear and tear? I don't need showroom condition, but I'd love to get rid of the smell and make the seats look less tired. Any advice from someone who's been in the same boat would be great.
