How often are you doing an HHS OIG check?

I am reevaluating my internal processes regarding our Compliance Workflow and am very interested in how other organizations perform their HHS OIG Check on a daily basis. Do you do this only during the Onboarding process or on a regular basis (for example: monthly) for each of your Employees & Vendors? What identifiers do you typically match based on, e.g.: Name only, Date of Birth, NPI, all of the above? I have experienced issues with false positives when attempting to match against individuals with similar names. I’d like to know how you are able to document results and how you resolve any potential matches.
