Hi everyone,I’m currently training 4-5 times a week with a mix of weightlifting and some light cardio (mostly treadmill and cycling). My goal is to build endurance — especially for longer hikes and recreational sports — but I really don’t want to lose the muscle strength and mass I’ve worked hard to gain.Has anyone here successfully increased their cardiovascular endurance without compromising strength? I’d love to hear how you structured your training (e.g., how many cardio sessions per week, what kind of intensity/duration, etc.).Also, did you make any major changes to your nutrition or recovery routine to support both goals? Thanks in advance — looking forward to learning from your experience!Cheers, geometry dash lite
