The British Airways Frankfurt Office in Germany informs travelers about change in baggage allowance policy and guidelines to follow. Passengers must verify the free checked baggage allowance and carry-on baggage allowance with their ticket type, destination, travel class and mode of booking. Guidelines may have also included the baggage fees, overflow or odd-sized items, sporting equipment and prohibited items. Travelers are requested to check in online within the stipulated period and carry the valid travel documents before arriving at the airport. Changes, cancellations, refunds, and rebooking requests may be based on the fare condition of the booking. Passengers with special needs like wheelchair assistance, those traveling with children and special equipment should book the necessary facilities in advance.
