The company Birla Estates is constructing a brand-new, high-class living home complex known as Birla Evara. Location: East of Bangalore, in Kodathi town, Varthur Hobli, Sarjapur Road. There are 1,554 fancy homes with 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK floor plans in this new high-end area that is 25 acres big. More than eighty percent of the space is freely available. Once more, the Birla Evara Map will be complete in December 2031. There will be construction on May 25, 2025. There are twenty-four stories and two floors of flats spread out over thirteen buildings.
