Are Real Estate Website Designers Using Behavioral Data to Improve Lead Quality?

I've been reading about how real estate website designers are shifting from design-first thinking to behavior-first optimization. Instead of focusing only on modern layouts, many are analyzing visitor behavior to improve lead quality. Metrics like property search completion, listing engagement, form abandonment, and repeat visits are becoming key indicators of website performance. Some real estate businesses are even A/B testing inquiry forms, virtual tour placement, and CTA positioning to reduce friction during the buying journey. Interestingly, simplifying navigation and surfacing the right listings earlier often generates better-qualified inquiries than simply driving more traffic. It seems today's real estate websites succeed when they're designed around buyer intent and measurable user behavior—not just visual appeal. Has anyone here tested UX changes that noticeably improved lead quality or conversion rates?
