Check in with us at the Amtrak Worcester Office for assistance with timings, tickets, and boarding information for scheduled trips originating from Worcester Union Station. Whether you are planning a short hop to Boston or a longer excursion covering the Northeast, our team can provide information about fares, baggage, and travel policies. Visiting the office in person is a great way to save yourself time and hassle, particularly if it is your first time on board. Please see our hours of operation and train schedule before visiting, get there early, and bring your ID.
